Winter is here, and for many in the slush business, this is traditionally a quiet period. But, at The AXB Group, we’re making some noise and Fuelling Growth Year-Round.
The winter months are no longer as quiet as they used to be for us. We’ve embarked on an exciting journey that involves working with new clients who trade year-round and dedicating our time to enhancing our systems, product development, and procedures to improve the customer journey. I wanted to share the story of our journey and how we’re breaking the winter silence.

Traditionally, many in the slush machine industry would hibernate during the winter months, as slush consumption tends to dip with the temperature. However, at The AXB Group realised that there was a growing market opportunity even during the colder seasons. We started partnering with new clients and increasing our long term hire relationships who operate year-round. Indoor entertainment centres, restaurants, and even some innovative cold-weather event organisers to name a few.
Working Behind the Scenes:
The winter months provide an excellent opportunity for reflection. We have been diligently working behind the scenes on key aspects of our business. Our product development team has been hard at work manufacturing new flavours, and refining existing ones. We’re committed to providing our customers with a broad and exciting range of slush syrup options and the best machines.

Being effective is the cornerstone of any successful business, we’ve dedicated the winter months to fine-tuning our procedures. This includes optimising our fulfilment process, enhancing customer support, strengthening our supply chain and investing in staff training. By doing so, we ensure that when the summer season rolls around, our operations are in peak shape, and our customers experience a seamless journey.
