The Mr Cool It Ugolini NG Easy is the latest multifunction slush machine that can produce and dispense products such as slush, cream, yogurt, sherbets and alcohol-based products. Thanks to particular design choices and the use of plastic panels, it has been possible to create a design with the best air circulation in the category, giving the cooling system a long life and high performance even in extreme conditions. Here are Mr Cool It our aim is always to get your order to your door as quickly as possible. For that reason we offer EXPRESS next working day delivery to the UK Zone 1 region for all orders placed and paid for by Midday, Monday to Friday. Zone 2 or 3 postcodes may incur extra delivery costs and we cannot guarantee next delivery within these Zones.

To ensure the safe and cost effective delivery of your goods, we use a mixture of courier services namely APC, Royal Mail and Pall-Ex depending on the goods you order. All slush machines will be shipped on a pallet for curb side delivery.
We can provide a tracking reference number on request.
Deliveries are made between 8.30am & 6.00pm and will require a signature. We cannot confirm a specific delivery time.
Warranty
Mr Cool It have been using the finest Italian made machines since 1997. We are extremely confident with all the products that we sell to our customers. That is why every single new machine comes with a 12 Month RTB Parts & Labour Warranty and all Refurbished machines come with a minimum of a 3 month RTB Parts & Labour Warranty.
It is important to note though that certain post codes are covered under our upgraded On-site Parts & Labour so please read the full terms to check whether you within this area.
Warranty inclusions
The warranty covers issues caused by manufacturing defects such as;
- Compressor
- Gearbox Motors
- Condenser
- Evaporator Cylinders
Warranty exclusions
- Wear & tear items such as perishable seals and plastic replacement parts, e.g. handles, switches.
- Breakages due to heavy handed use or misuse.
- Machine issues caused by failure to leave sufficient airflow space at either side of the slush machine. 15cm is required.
- Poor maintenance and lack of cleaning. Refer to the manual or website for cleaning instructions.
- Substandard product usage, Only Mr Cool It slush syrup should be used within the machine otherwise warranty will be void.
